www.employeeexpress.gov – How to Login to the Employee Express Portal

To login to the Employee Express portal, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Enter the address for the Employee Express portal into your browser. You can find that address (for the Employee Express portal) at the bottom end of this article, within the ‘links’ section. When you enter that address into your browser, the Federal Employee Express portal loads immediately.
  2. Once the Employee Express website loads on your browser, check within the middle part of the page, and you will see a couple of spaces provided for you to enter your Login ID and password respectively. Click on the space provided for entry of your Login ID and enter the same there. Note that in this particular portal, the Login ID is masked (meaning that when you enter it in, the letters/digits don’t show, but what you see instead are asterisks or circles). If you want to see what you are entering, click on the ‘Show Login ID’ link, and you will now be able to see the letters/digits you are entering into the field. After entering your Login ID, click on the other space and enter your password there.
  3. Having entered your Employee Express User ID and password into the respective spaces, click on the ‘Log In’ button at the bottom end. You will then be signed into the Employee Express portal, after which you can proceed to view your federal paystubs, among other resources.

How to log into Employee Express portal using PIV Smartcard

To log into the Employee Express portal using your PIV Smartcard, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Employee Express portal, by entering its address into your browser. That address (for the Employee Express portal) can be found below, within the ‘links’ section. When you enter that address into your browser, the Employee Express portal will load immediately.
  2. Once the Employee Express portal loads on your browser, check within the middle part of the landing page, and you will see a section where you are told to ‘Log in with your PIV Smartcard’. As required within that section, enter your PIV Smartcard.
  3. Follow the instructions that you will find after entering your PIV Smartcard, in order to log into the Employee Express portal successfully.

How to sign up on the Employee Express portal

To find the Employee Express portal sign up instructions, you first need to go to the portal (by entering its address into your browser). Once you are on the portal, click on the question mark that you will find at the top right hand corner. When you do so, two links – namely ‘Page Help’ and ‘Submit Help Request’ — will appear. Of those, click on the ‘Page Help’ link. On the pop-up window that appears when you do so, you will find information about the Employee Express portal first time login/sign up process. So basically what you need to do is follow the login instructions in the welcome letter that you — as a new employee — will have received via email in your work email [or via snail mail at your home address].

hronline.yum.com – How to Login to the Yum HROnline Portal

To log in to the Yum HROnline portal, you need to follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Go to the Yum HROnline portal, by entering its address into your browser. The said address (for the Yum HROnline portal) can be found below, within the ‘links’ section. When you enter that address, your browser will immediately transfer you to the Yum HROnline portal.
  2. Once you get to the said Yum HROnline portal, you will find a couple of spaces provided for you to enter your network user ID and your password in order to sign in. Now click on the space provided for entry of the network user ID, and enter the same there. Then click on the space provided for entry of your password, and enter it there.
  3. After entering your network user ID and password into the respective spaces, click on the ‘Login’ button. You will then be signed into the Yum HROnline portal. After that, you can proceed to access various work-related resources online: whether you work for Taco Bell, KFC or Pizza Hut.

Yum HROnline paycheck stubs – How to access your paystubs through the Yum HROnline portal

To access your paystubs through the Yum HROnline portal, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Yum HROnline portal. The address for the said Yum HROnline portal is indicated at the bottom end of this article, within the ‘links’ section. When you enter it into your browser, you are immediately transferred to the Yum HROnline portal.
  2. Once you get to the said Yum HROnline portal, enter your network user ID into the space provided for it. Then enter your Yum HROnline login password into the next space.
  3. After entering your network user ID and your password into the respective spaces [on the Yum HROnline portal], click on the ‘Login’ button in order to be signed in.
  4. Once you are signed into the Yum HROnline portal, click to indicate that you wish to access your paystubs. Then specify the paystub you wish to view, and the same will be displayed on the screen for you — from where you can proceed to print it out.

How to retrieve Yum HROnline portal user ID

To retrieve your Yum HROnline user ID (if, for instance, you have forgotten it) you need to follow these steps:

  1. Enter the address for the Yum HROnline portal into your browser. You can find that address (for the Yum HROnline portal) below, within the ‘links’ section. When you enter that address into your browser, the Yum HROnline portal will load immediately.
  2. Once the Yum HROnline portal loads on your browser, click on the link that says ‘Forgot your user ID or password?’
  3. On the next screen, specify whether you are a US user or a non-US user. After that, click on the ‘Forgot User ID’ link then click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
  4. On the page that you will be taken to, enter your first name, your last name or surname, your date of birth and your security PIN. Then enter the random characters/digits you will find on the lower part of the screen, to confirm that you are human (and not a bot). Finally, click on the ‘Submit’ button, in order to retrieve/access your user ID. Once you have it, you can go back to the Yum HROnline portal login page, and sign in using it.

To log into the Boeing TotalAccess portal, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Enter the address for the Boeing TotalAccess portal into your browser. You can find the said address (for the Boeing TotalAccess portal) below, within the ‘links’ section. When you enter that address into your browser, the Boeing TotalAccess portal will load immediately.
  2. Once the Boeing TotalAccess portal loads on your browser, you will find — in the middle part of the landing page — a couple of spaces provided for you to enter your BEMSID and your password respectively in order to sign in. Click on the space provided for entry of your BEMSID and enter the ID there. Then click on the other space, and enter your Boeing TotalAccess/Worklife password there.
  3. After entering your BEMSID and password into the respective spaces, click on the ‘Login’ button. You will then be signed into the Boeing TotalAccess portal. Thereafter, you can proceed to access your various work-related resources online.

  1. Go to the Boeing TotalAccess/Worklife portal, by entering its address into your browser. That address (for the Boeing TotalAccess portal) is indicated below, within the ‘links’ section. When you enter the said address, the Boeing TotalAccess portal will load immediately.
  2. Once the Boeing TotalAccess portal loads on your browser, sign in, by entering your BEMSID and password into the respective spaces. So you just click on the BEMSID space, and enter that ID there. Then you click on the password space, and enter your Boeing TotalAccess/Worklife password there. After entering your BEMSID and password into the respective spaces, you click on the ‘Login’ button, in order to be signed in.
  3. After signing in, you will find menus/links you can use to access the various work-related resources. You just need to click on the link/menu for the specific resource you wish to access, in order to get it. Whether it is your payroll information/Boeing paystubs, your Boeing employee benefits information, your Boeing employee discounts, the various Boeing internal career opportunities… and so on. You just need to use the available menus/links within the Boeing TotalAccess portal, to access whichever resource you need with just a few clicks.

partners.subway.com – How to Log Into the Subway Partners Portal

To log into the Subway Partners portal, you need to follow these three simple steps:

  1. Enter the address for the Subway Partners portal into your browser. The address in question (for the Subway Partners portal) is indicated at the bottom end of this article, within the ‘links’ section. When you enter that address into your browser, the Subway Partners portal will load immediately.
  2. Once the Subway Partners portal loads on your browser, check within the middle part of the landing page. There, you will find a couple of spaces provided for you to enter your username and password respectively in order to log in. So that is the Subway Enterprise sign in page. Click on the ‘Username’ space and enter your Subway Enterprise sign in username into that space. Then click on the ‘password’ space and enter your Subway Enterprise sign in password into that space.
  3. After entering your Subway Enterprise Sign In username and password into the respective spaces, click on the ‘Sign In’ button. You will then be logged into the Subway Partners portal straightaway.

How to sign into the Subway Partners portal using your corporate account

To sign into the Subway Partners portal using your corporate account, you need to do as follows:

  1. Go to the Subway Partners portal. You can find the address for the said Subway Partners portal below, within the ‘links’ section. When you enter that address into your browser, the Subway Partners portal will load immediately.
  2. Once the Subway Partners portal loads on your browser, click on the ‘HQ Sign In’ button that you will find towards the bottom end of the landing page.
  3. On the screen that you will be taken to (after having clicked on the ‘HQ Sign In’ button), you will find a space provided for you to enter your username. The username is supposed to be keyed in the format given on the page. Just click on the space provided for entry of the username and enter it there, in that format.
  4. After entering your username, click on the ‘Next’ button. Then enter your password into the next screen, in order to complete the Subway Partners portal login process.

Note that if you have enabled a security key for your Subway Partners portal login purposes, the sign in procedure will be somewhat different. So what you need to do is go to the Subway Partners portal, then click on the ‘HQ Sign In’ button at the bottom end of the landing page. On the screen that you are taken to, click on the ‘Sign In Options’ link. (Thus instead of entering the username into the space provided for it, you first click on the ‘Sign In Options’ link. The said link is right under the ‘Cant access your account?’ link). Just click on the ‘Sign In Options’ link. Then click to indicate that you wish to ‘Sign In With a Security Key’. That you do on the screen where you are given the option of either signing in with a security key or signing in with Github. Just click on the ‘Sign In with a security key’ option. You will then be instructed to enter your security key and touch it. Thereafter follow the instructions you will be given in the subsequent screens, to complete the Subway Partners portal sign in process.
