To apply for RB American Group jobs online, you need to do as follows:
- Go to the Work4Arbys website, by entering its address into your browser. You can find the address in question (for the Work4Arbys website) in the ‘links’ section below. When you enter that address, your browser application will immediately transfer you to the Work4Arbys website.
- Once you get to the Work4Arbys website, check at the top and you will see a menu with items like ‘About Us’, ‘Careers’, ‘Not Ready to Apply’ and ‘Log In/Sign Up’. From those, click on the ‘Careers’ link.
- When you click on the ‘careers’ link, the page will automatically scroll down the section where you are supposed to enter keywords for the job you are looking. So that is where you are supposed to enter those keywords alongside the location where you want to work, in order to initiate the RB American Group job search. You will find a space whose placeholder text says ‘Job/keyword/zip code search’. Into that space, enter a keyword or keywords that are descriptive of the job you are looking for. If, for instance, you are looking for an managerial job at RB American Group, you enter the word ‘manager’ there (or you can be more specific about the managerial job you are looking for). If you are looking for a driving job at RB American Group, you enter the word ‘driver’ there… and so on. - Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button you will find in the page that you will be transferred to.
- Once you click on the ‘Apply Now’ button for any RB American Group job, a pop-up window will appear instantly, where you are supposed to log into your TalentReef account before proceeding any further. So you log in by entering your phone number and password. The phone number in question here would of course be the one that you used while registered for the TalentReef account. If you don’t have a TalentReef account, you will be required to create one, before proceeding with the RB American Group job application. So you click on the ‘Start Here’ button and go through the motions of creating a new TalentReef account. After doing that, you can go back, sign into the TalentReef account, and then proceed to complete the RB American Group job application.
