To complete the Popeye’s customer satisfaction survey online, you need to follow these 4 simple steps:
- Go to the Popeye’s customer survey site. Just enter that site’s address (which you can obtain from the ‘links’ section below) into your browser. The Popeye’s survey site will then load immediately.
- Once the Popeye’s customer survey site loads on your browser, you will find a message welcoming you to the survey. That is where it says something along the lines of ‘Welcome to Popeye’s guest hospitality page…’ Below that is a ‘Take Survey’ button that you can click on, if your Popeye’s receipt has a survey invitation. Further below is a ‘Continue’ button that you can click on, if your Popeye’s receipt doesn’t have a survey invitation, yet you still want to complete the survey. Click on the appropriate button: if your Popeye’s receipt has the survey invitation, click on the ‘Take Survey’ button, else click on the ‘Continue’ button.
- If you clicked on the ‘Take Survey’ button (to indicate that your Popeye’s receipt has a survey invitation), you will be taken to a screen where you can enter some details from the receipt, in order to initiate the survey. Among the details you will need to enter is the restaurant number, as indicated on your Popeye’s receipt as well as the date you visited Popeye’s. Others are the time of your visit to Popeye’s, and the total amount you spent. All these details are imprinted on your Popeye’s receipt, and yours is simply to copy them into the respective spaces. Then after entering them, click on the ‘Start’ button in order to get the Popeye’s customer survey questions running.
- On the other hand, if you clicked on the ‘Continue’ button at the Popeye’s survey first page (to indicate that your receipt doesn’t have a survey invitation), you will be taken straight to the Popeye’s feedback form. The first thing you will need to do, upon getting to the form, is click on the button for the type of ‘visit’ you made to Popeye’s: whether it was a drive-thru, in-restaurant visit, mobile app order or delivery. Click on the appropriate button from the ones provided at the top, to specify your type of visit. You will then need to select the state you visited Popeye’s in, followed by the city and the specific Popeye’s restaurant you interacted with. Below that are spaces where you can select the date and time of your Popeye’s visit, after which you can proceed to enter your first name, last name, email address and address. Below the space where your phone number is supposed to be entered, you will find a space where you are supposed to ‘share your experience’. So it is into this space that you should type in your feedback about your Popeye’s visit: including suggestions on things you should like to see changed. You can even add a file attachment by clicking on the ‘choose file’ button, then selecting the file you wish to attach. Finally, click on the ‘I am in agreement with Popeye’s privacy policy’ checkbox so that it is ticked. Then, click on the ‘I am not a robot’ checkbox (so that it too is ticked), and complete whatever captcha challenge you may be given. Click on the orange-colored button that says ‘Send My Feedback’ in order to complete the Popeye’s customer survey.
